Reviews

Yes you can go wireless live with a condenser mic with this !
This is my 2nd plug in wireless system from X Vive/Sweetwater/ and Of course Drew Foster! I have been using the non-condenser version for a couple years with my Telefunken M80 dynamic which is a fantastic mic and fantastic wireless system and recently decided to try a condenser mic live (Shure Beta 87A) so I didnt want to give up my ability to go on walkabout that I have gotten used to with the Telefunken so I just ordered up the one specific to condenser so it has phantom power so whether on stage with my band through full pa or solo acoustic which I tend to do in some off grid places including a small island near my camp, no xlr cables, no power needed for phantom powered condenser mic ! I also have an x vive wireless for my guitar and run both into a battery powered Bose S1 pro which is my favorite piece of equipment I own BTW.

Drew Foster has been fantastic! the times I have had gear specific questions and reached out to the manufacturer and gotten delayed or no reply then I reach out to Drew its always quick sometimes its spooky quick like he is my own personal rep just lying in wait to answer my questions only lol TOP NOTCH company and rep.

I did add a video of my non condenser x vive/Telefunken in action bout there is no diference in usability with the non condenser version and the condenser version so you can see it working in a somewhat crowded club and I do get out into the crowd with it. I had tried to find video before I bought my first one and couldnt so hopefully this is helpful to someone.

Pure perfection!
In the old days, I used my wireless mic and that was that. But now, with this device I'm no longer limited to having an outlet somewhere in the wall!
I've utilized this at many gigs, the most meaningful of all being a memorial in a stunning garden during the Covid Pandemic, where there were NO OUTLETS anywhere to be found! Couple with my new BOSE Wireless Speaker & gold mic to match my last name, this XVIVE knocked my socks off! Also enjoyed a lot of performances by the lake. This gadget is fantastic. Recommended it to all the musicians I know....and especially to the ones who perform outdoors.
Xvive Audio U3C Condenser Microphone Wireless System
I recently purchased a second set of the Xvive Audio Condenser Mic Wireless system. I am thoroughly pleased with how user-friendly they are. I also appreciate my sales rep for his advise and input on my orders.

Darn Near Perfect
If you know the XVIVE U2 wireless guitar system, then the microphone systems that XVIVE created should be your next logical step (followed shortly after with the wireless in-ear adapter). I purchased the set designed for condenser mics, as this suits my Blue mics best. I may eventually add one or two of the regular wireless mic kits, as they can be used as wireless speaker connections for powered speakers (I need to research if passive speakers/powered mixers work, too). This kit sets up quickly, lasts up to 5 hours on a single charge, and has nearly unlimited range (who's going to wander > 90 ft from the audio stage?) for any venue.

Adds just a little weight/length to the mic, but does not seem to change weight balance much.

One ding on the rating - if you do NOT have clip-style mic holders, inserting and removing the mic from a standard, fixed holder requires two steps: Installing - 1. insert the mic, 2. attach wireless dongle; Removing - 1. Detach dongle and 2. remove mic (see pictures).

Alternately, if you use Triad-Orbit products (gratuitous product promotion), you could detach the mic holder (shown) from the Triad base connector. A little bulky, and a bit heavier, but at least now you're "mobile" again, and can avoid having dead air while removing the mic from the holder.

Haven't used it for any length of time. I turned it on for a short time and I liked the results. I think I made a good investment.
