Classic
I put one of these and a set of Wilkinson compensated saddles on my Player Tele and I love it. Classic design, look and feel. Sounds great. Easy fit using existing screw holes.
Music background: Been jammin' since the 70s! Help me, somebody!
With a little work, nothing sounds more tele to me.
I'm a Tele geek. And I run a small guitar repair shop. I've tried a few spendy boutique bridgeplates and few more affordables. But a stock Fender American Vintage 3-saddle Bridge Plate sounds the best of all the ones I've tried. The secret is to sand the back side flat all the way around the edges and across all four mounting screw holes so it makes good contact with the body. Then drill a couple small holes on the other two corners of the bridge (at the end toward the neck) and install a couple more small screws at that end. Add some Pure Vintage 58 Saddles and you got that barbed wire fence on fire, vintage Tele sound. Yeehaw!
Music background: Tele guy. Occasional flatpicker. Pretty good guitar mechanic at Fret Boss Guitar Works.
just perfect
nice bridge from fender , so glad for the product and please sweetwater keep on rocking!! thanks a lot

It’s impossible to imagine a world without Fender guitars, and if you’re like many of the guitarists at Sweetwater, then Fender not only made the first guitar you ever bought " they made the last one too!
