Fun and easy
I was searching for a Humbucker or p90 or single coil for the neck on my G&L ASAT Classic Bluesboy and couldn't find anything I liked. I ran into the Duncan P Rail and this fun little option and thought I'd give it a try. It's a lot of fun and sounds great... it's brought new life to my G&L.
If you've done any soldering this is a pretty quick and easy install. I had read some comments online that it's "fragile" and breaks easy so I was cautious and gentle with it but I found it to be well built.
See Phil McKnights video on it; he shows you how quick and easy it is to install. Have fun!

Great upgrade
Put on a Jay Turner JY50 with Seymour Duncan 59 at neck and JB4 at bridge. Love the different tones it provides.

Stellar
These are great! They work as advertised, enabling individual coil selection for maximum tones. The only downside is that you have to either cut off your pickup lead very short, or wrap it around the pickup legs if you leave it long. Other than that, these are perfect for getting the most sounds from a two humbucker guitar. Add a phase switch and you can't ask for much more from a passive setup. Seymour Duncan also has myriad free wiring diagrams available to help you get it right.

Triple Shot + P-Rail
Triple Shot mounting ring opens all the potential of the Seymour Duncan P-Rail pickup, that is, humbucker in series and parallel, P-90, and single coil sounds. The little micro switches are well done; low profile, out of the way, almost invisible, yet are easy to access and use when you want them. They are not intended for "on the fly" changes like the pickup selector switch, they are a bit small for that, but are really useful to pre set the pickup sound among various song styles. Precision soldering required, wires and terminals pretty small.

MAJOR TRANSFORMATION
TRIPLE SHOT and why it makes you a guitar Wizard with Magical Powers.
IMHO Put two on a dual HUMBUCKER (HH) electric guitar for the maximum benefit
How would you like to have 20 tone options on ONE Double Humbucker (HH) Guitar with a three way blade selector?
And that"s just the guitar. It becomes a BEAST with the Triple Shots when you add your amp and effects. It is ultra fine tuning as if you were a genius electronics wiz and did a grand schematic and under the hood wiring, possible hole drilling to add new knobs, switches, toggles, parts and push/pull crap and possible new guitar body routing. But instead all that is done with four little wires and a ground wire, reducing internal connections to two, one white and one black (a ground wire attaches to the black and together to one spot) EZ. Your controls are on top and tonal options accessible to your whims with flicks of your finger.
You need to have; A-experience or B-confidence and a willingness to learn fine soldering technique, don"t fear it. Get a soldering kit that includes a fine pointy tip, follow the instructions, watch videos, practice on scraps, be gentle with the fine electronics, especially wires you may need to push out of the way, "I"m looking at you white and black wires on the miniature circuit board that must be held firmly with one hand while your fingers gently bend the two backwards off the ground pad in orders to access the tiny spot you will need to solder". Discover mini Alligator clips to hold wires in place while soldering. Take your time and go for it. Or find a friend or Luthier with whom you can barter or pay.
