This Pedalboard Is Ready to Tour

Amp guru Dave Friedman put 27 years of pedalboard-building experience into the Friedman Tour Pro 1317 pedalboard. This rugged two-tier pedalboard features a flat surface on the bottom tier and a slanted surface for the second tier, and guitarists at Sweetwater really like how this arrangement feels. Plenty of holes are available for routing patch cables and power-supply lines. Best of all, the Tour Pro 1317 includes a detachable riser for wah, volume, or expression pedals, which can be placed anywhere along the bottom tier.

Reviews

Super duty compact board
I ordered this board to build a small grab in go set up. I really liked the idea of the two tiers since I am clumsy at best. I also like the buffer system and how it mounts. This has become my favorite board, I may replace my big board with a Friedman of comparable size in time. Very happy with this purchase, it was a little on the spendy side as far as pedal board setups go for a small board but I think the quality is a step above and the function is great.

Great Small Board
This is my 3rd Friedman Board. I have a large 1525 for stadiums/arenas, a medium 1520 for larger halls, and I'm using this one for all other medium to small gigs. What i love about the Friedman pedalboards is they are all two rows deep, but one is one the floor level, while the other one is elevated so you're not hitting pedals in one row to get to a pedal in the second row. Totally eliminates the tap dance. He's also got the channels for cabling perfectly and I also use his Power Grid 10 on all my boards - two screws from the top secures it underneath and it's the lightest and quietest power supply I've ever used. I also use his BB6 Patch/Buffer Bay on all my boards as well. It's the best for easy instrument cabling on one side as well as send/return. Just great engineering.
