The Tone Hammer’s voice is heavily inspired by the classic tube-powered bass amps of yore, sporting an exceptionally warm-sounding preamp section with plenty of dynamic saturation. V2 adds an onboard IR Loader to the mix

What’s more, the TH500V2’s onboard IR Loader ensures that your direct tones hit with all the punch and sonic authenticity of a traditional cabinet thanks to its preloaded SL and DB series cabinet tones. And if you’re already running a set of custom IRS, have no fear — the TH500V2’s IR Loader is also capable of running third-party IRs.
