Apogee’s Most Advanced Conversion

Apogee infused the Symphony I/O Mk II SE with its most advanced conversion ever. The interface’s analog inputs deliver 122dB of dynamic range and THD+N of -115dB. Beyond that, its analog outputs offer 126dB of dynamic range and an incredible THD+N of -119dB. The Symphony I/O Mk II SE’s D/A conversion is eminently transparent — enough for mastering engineers to make critical adjustments with confidence. It also offers the closest thing you’ll find to a plug-and-play Dolby Atmos monitoring system. With the Symphony I/O Mk II SE, you’ll experience every ounce of warmth, punch, and image your recordings and signal processing chain produce, with ultra-low latency performance to boot!

Harness the power and speed of Apogee Thunderbolt

The Symphony I/O Mk II SE fortifies your studio with the refined power of Apogee’s latest state-of-the-art multichannel audio interface for Thunderbolt-based Mac workstations. Whether you work in a personal project studio or professional recording facility running any native DAW, the Symphony I/O Mk II SE gives you the flexibility of four base I/O configurations, and you’ll have the option to expand your system up to 32 concurrent channels per unit — all with ultra-low latency performance!

A system that fits your present and future needs

Available in several different configurations, the Symphony I/O Mk II SE has you covered, whether you’re running a home studio, a project studio, a scoring stage, or a world-class commercial facility. And it’s easy to expand your setup as your needs grow. Featuring two module slots, your Symphony I/O Mk II SE system can accommodate up to 32 inputs and outputs of A/D and D/A conversion per unit. Cutting-edge performance, flexibility, and amazing value — it's exactly what we expect from Apogee here at Sweetwater.

Tailor-made for immersive audio

Thanks to an industry-wide push from streaming services and record labels, Dolby Atmos and other immersive audio formats are becoming the new standard. Luckily, Apogee Symphony I/O Mk II SE makes configuring and operating your immersive audio monitoring system easy and painless. Inside Apogee’s Control Software, you’ll find intuitive options for optimizing your immersive audio workflow. For starters, it makes routing input and output sources and destinations a breeze. You can create up to three Speaker Sets and then instantly toggle between them. Speaker level trim controls make balancing between all your speakers easy, and color-coded icons let you see your active speakers at a glance. Most importantly, Apogee’s Control Software allows you to completely reconfigure your monitoring system instantly — toggling between stereo, 5.1, Binaural, and Dolby Atmos is as effortless as touching a button. As a result, whether you’re working in stereo, Dolby Atmos, Sony 360 Reality Audio, Ambisonics, or any other format, your Apogee Symphony I/O Mk II SE will provide you with a fast, seamless workflow.
