Modern tonewoods carved to perfection
The RockBass Streamer LX features a stout resonant carolena body. Carolena delivers robust tone with exceptional durability and marathon sustain. A bolt-on maple neck with Warwick’s comfortable "C" profile ensures bold comfort for exploring the wenge fingerboard’s 24 frets. Wenge is part of Warwick’s signature style and sound. It makes for incredibly smooth playability that’s tough to get by any other means.

P/J pickups with preamp
The Warwick RockBass Streamer LX offers the best of both worlds with a set of passive P/J pickups and an onboard RockBass active preamp. The P/J combo puts practically any bass tone imaginable at your fingertips; simply use the balance knob to dial in a core tone using either pickup (or both) and adjust the bass and treble EQ knobs as needed. And the RockBass preamp offers extra tonal heft and tone shaping, but if the preamp’s 9-volt battery happens to die during use, you can go right on playing through the passive pickups no trouble. This hybrid design is incredibly useful for gigging musicians who need a fail-proof instrument that’s stage-ready 24/7.
Warwick: a triumph of German engineering
Hans Peter Wilfer founded the family-owned Warwick brand in 1982. Since then, Warwick has spread globally with endorsers like John Entwistle of The Who, Adam Clayton of U2, Robert Trujillo of Metallica, Bootsy Collins, P-Nut of 311, and many more spanning any style you can imagine. Warwick takes pride in channeling inspiration from classic German instrument makers and marrying it with execution and production rooted in modern German engineering techniques. The RockBass series offers many of the company's prized features in a more affordable package, all monitored carefully for quality control so that you — the player — get the best Warwick experience possible, even on a limited budget.
