Modern tonewoods carved to perfection
Each piece of wood that goes into the Streamer Stage CV is hand selected for beauty and weight, then CNC-carved to perfection. US-grown swamp ash makes up the Streamer Stage CV’s solid resonant body. This prized tonewood is the lightest and most resonant species of ash, and it’s shaped the sound of countless classic bass guitar tones. The Streamer CV’s bolt-on neck is carved from maple with a comfortable "C" shape profile for a traditional bass feel. J-style Passive Pickups
The Warwick Streamer CV two passive J-style MEC pickups are an ideal complement to classic tonewoods like rosewood, swamp ash, and maple. These pickups offer plenty of depth, warmth, and versatility with traditional J-style tone. Dialing in a wide variety of tones is easy using these pickups’ independent volume controls and onboard 2-band EQ for treble and bass. In-house hardware
Making in-house hardware isn’t cheap, but Sweetwater bassists think you’ll hear the difference in Warwick's approach. The Streamer's proprietary hardware includes a chrome-finished brass nut and bridge. Brass delivers richer, clearer tone than other conventional nut and bridge materials, and is more inline with traditional materials used in brass instruments for centuries. Similarly, fingerboard frets are crafted from bell bronze, resulting in a bell-like musicality and a longer fret lifespan than nickel frets.
