To be honest, I thought it would be a little flimsy when I set it up, but boy was I wrong. Once the SV2 is on it, it's as solid as my acoustic upright piano. The trick is to lift up one end and push in a little as you set it back down, giving it even more stability. After that, it will not move at all unless you literally push hard enough to tip it over. I have a Hercules Z-stand that jiggles like jello when I play, and I thought that was pretty much the strongest stand there was. The ST-SV1 stand is much more herculean. It assembles in about a minute or less and fits my SV2 like a glove. The ball sockets on the feet give it stabilty on even the most uneven floor and all four feet are height adjustable. It folds up in seconds and packs nice and flat. As per the instuctions, don't put it in the pocket of the CBSV gig bag. Even if you can get it to fit, it's just a little too big and can poke through or blow the zipper when closing it. I have not even tried using that pocket for it, but other reviews complain of this. I couldn't find one in Canada, but Ashton at Sweetwater was able to ship it the same day I called, and it arrived in Alberta from Fort Wayne IN, in just four days. Thanks a million guys!!

Plainly speaking, this product does exactly what I needed. It is perfect for my Korg D1 Stage piano.

I really like these stands Korg offers for the SV series. They are not adjustable, but the place the keybed at standard piano height. They are stylish, simple, secure, and the legs stay out of your way. Well done Korg.

This stand has been great for me so far. I just recently purchased a Korg SV-1, and this stand helped complete the awesome vintage look onstage. The stand is incredibly durable and pretty easy to set up. You might need an extra set of hands when tightening the bolts to the bottom of the keyboard, but the extra security it provides is well worth that effort. My only minor complaint is that I wish it had a larger range for height adjustments. However, it is already at a very comfortable height. Overall, this is a solid, easy to use stand that looks absolutely incredible on the stage!

You can always trust Sweetwater for used gear. The stand fits perfect and screws into the Korg D1. It's easy to set up and the manual for the D1 showed everything. Very sturdy. Entire set feels like one piece.
