I travel a lot with commercial aviation. I needed a case to bring my full-size guitar on trips. So far this is case is perfect for me. I travel with a right-handed Stratocaster. However, it has a shape that I think would accommodate a left-handed Stratocaster too (not tested by me). Fits snug and has hard sides for protection (good things for me). The overall construction is great. Now for the cons... Backpack straps need stronger material and more reinforcement. I picked it up by one backpack strap with the guitar loaded and heard some of the stitching stretch. Additionally, I would prefer the outside neck pocket to be shorter in height but longer in the length (personal preference for ease of storage in overhead bins on airliners). All that said, I can live with my complaints because the rest of the case is exactly what I had envisioned.

So far so good...easier than carrying a fender case.

Firm molded interior with a case-like compartment under the neck. Great fit for Strat or Tele. Outside is sturdy and industrial strength cordura. Zippers are sturdy and handles & straps are heavy double stitched webbing. This thing will hold up to some abuse.

We were playing a party cruise, and while staging my gear harborside, I accidently dropped my guitar is this case off the pier. My instrument was still perfectly dry and undamaged after falling 25' into the drink.

Very Nice, Light weight case. Much better than a gig bag and very well padded. Fits my Suhr Classic T Great. Still fairly new, but much lighter than a case, protective and with SKB name should hold up well!
