Great Extension for JVM215C
I have a JVM215C that I loaded with a 16 ohm G12T-75. I bought the SC112 to run as an extension to my 215C. They sound awesome together. In fact I play them next to my JVM410H with 1960A cab and you cannot tell the difference. This is really nice that I have a small (JVM215C alone), medium (JVM215C with the SC112), and large (JVM410H with 1960A) rig that all sound very much the same!
Music background: Over 60 years playing guitar. Still playing in a rock band!
Great cab
Extremely well made.
Sounds great.
Really like these V type speakers
I use it as an extra cab for my combo and it works out great.
Music background: 30+ years
Great: Greater with an 8 ohm Creamback
Replaced the V-Type with an 8 ohm Creamback. Marshalls SC, SV and DSL 20s sounded veeery, very much warmer still retaining midrange and brightness. Absolutely amazing speakers for rock, blues, metal.
Marshall SC 112 Studio Classic Will Rock your World!!!!
I bought the cabinet to use with my Marshall DSL-1HR head, with the intention of being able to upgrade to the Marshall SC20H Studio Classic thinking I might want more power.

Well, it seems that this cabinet is a perfect match for the single watt Marshall head. the speaker brings out the honest Marshell classic tones we all love. amazing clean tones almost glass like and warm creamy blues, classic jazz and vintage Rock.

The combination of the Marshall DSL-1HR Amp Head and this 70 watt open back Celestain speaker has you covered. Takes pedals extremely well . Everything you would expect from a Marshall head and speaker cabinet, at a volume that makes playing at home pleasurable with that Marshall Tone .
Awesome Cabinet
I love how lightweight the cabinet is. I run a Helix into a Seymour Duncan powerstage, then out to this cabinet. I prefer this hands down over an frfr set up. It's lightweight, loud, and sounds great from fender cleans to the Marshall Rock sounds that I put into it.

There are countless "British"-style guitar amplifiers out there, but take it from the lifelong guitarists and tone connoisseurs at Sweetwater, when it comes to Marshall tone, there's nothing like the real thing. We've played them all, from vintage JTM45s and the ultra-cool Plexi reissue to modern handmade masterpieces such as the JVM410. There isn't a model among them we can't recommend with total confidence, and that includes their more affordable models too, like MG, DSL, and Code series amps. Thanks to our tight relationship with Marshall, Sweetwater's always on the cutting edge of their latest designs, custom models, and limited-edition gems. If you want iconic tone from across the pond, you want Marshall, and your Sweetwater Sales Engineer will help you find the perfect one.
