YESS tom mounting system
Yamaha's YESS mounting allows the high tom of your Stage Custom Birch Bebop kit to vibrate freely however you position it. The YESS mount and included tom holder make minimal contact with the drum, keeping contact to the nodal point of the shell so as not to inhibit sustain. A nylon clamp bushing provides maximum stability. Even better — the YESS system won't interfere with head changes between sets and takes.
Ships with Remo UT coated heads
In addition to the reduced shell sizing, the Stage Custom Birch Bebop ships standard with a set of coated Remo UT batter heads — Ambassador toms and a Powerstroke P3 bass — to capture those warm, woody, full-bodied tones.
