Reviews

Great Travel Guitar!
This is my first acoustic, and I opted for the 3/4 size because I needed something that was a little more compact to take on trips with me, and for when I go hiking into the mountains outside of Seattle looking for inspiration. It looks great, feels great to play, and above all, it truly sounds like a much more expensive acoustic guitar. I really love this thing, and I am really happy with the fact that it was so affordable. It looks great on display too. My favorite thing about it is that the neck radius and the fret sizes are roughly equivalent to my two Telecaster model electrics, and switching from one to the other takes no adjustment at all. I am glad I picked this thing up; I have no regrets about this purchase!

I love this guitar (2 year review)
For what it is at the current price point I would definitely pick one up as a starter guitar or travel guitar. The neck is nice and easy to play and the tone is average. It's extremely durable, I have two young kids that I'm teaching to respect instruments and it has held up well. It's fallen on hardwood floors, has been stepped on/crawled over and still plays great.

Tone id say 7/10 nothing special , but it's good for what it is.
Playability 10/10 , it plays like butter
Durability 10/10

Keep in mind the price point

Keep It Real. It's a fun guitar, with the characteristics of a small box guitar.
OK, guys, let's dispense with the adjectives, and get right to the heart of the matter. This guitar is built like a tank. It's very well constructed, for sturdiness. This is what a lot of people want in a travel guitar. This guitar could be more resonant if it weren't built so substantially. So this guitar doesn't resonate like some pricier travel guitars. It's virtues, lie in the mids to highs. The bass is there but, like lots of smaller box guitars, its not prominent, like a dreadnaught guitar or even concert sized guitars. This guitar distinctly is modest on the bass notes. Also because of the mahogany, the high notes have a more flute like sound (less harmonics, more fundamental sound) to them. This has a slightly mellower sound than a spruce top guitar. Also, this is a laminate top guitar. Laminate top guitars don't resonate as well as solid top guitars. However they are more durable. Overall this guitar is fun. It has kind of a "ukelele-ish" sound. This is a fun little guitar, but don't expect it to be something that it is not. It's a notch below a Baby Taylor, but costs less, too. If you're looking for a fun practice guitar, a travel guitar, a campfire guitar, a sing-a-long guitar, this is a good choice. I love my little Luna travel guitar. I've taken it with me on all kinds of adventures.

Pickin'
Bought this as a starter guitar. It plays through all the frets just. For the size is exactly what we needed for a 7 year old to be able to hold and finger the fretboard with ease. A very reasonable price.
