Supercharge Your Audio Workflow with RedNet TNX

Designed for maximum flexibility and seamless integration into any audio setup, the Focusrite RedNet TNX is a high-performance, scalable interface solution for facilities in the business of processing high-resolution, uncompressed audio. Providing 128-channel Dante I/O with ultra-low round-trip latency through a single Thunderbolt port on any macOS or Windows computer, RedNet TNX audio interface streamlines and supercharges your high-channel-count music recording, post-production, or broadcast workflow. A Dante Ready device that delivers 24-bit/192kHz resolution out of the box, RedNet TNX protects your investment with expandable connectivity to meet the evolving needs of your studio via an optional upgrade to 256 channels at 24-bit/96kHz. Boasting a future-proofed design and rock-solid reliability, RedNet TNX is backed by Focusrite’s 3-year warranty and 24/7/365 tech support for additional peace of mind.

Ideal for post, broadcast, and music recording

Re-recording mixers working with massive stem counts and immersive formats will eagerly welcome RedNet TNX’s ability to seamlessly integrate high-channel-count Dante audio into their Dolby Atmos projects via Dolby Renderer. Broadcast engineers will appreciate its implementation of AES67, Dante Domain Manager, and SMPTE ST 2110 protocol, as well as the unit’s lightweight portability, which makes it ideal for on-location deployment. And offering up to 256 x 256 channels of uncompressed, high-resolution audio with vanishingly low latency, RedNet TNX easily handles today’s track-intensive projects in the music studio. Whatever your application, RedNet TNX is spec’d with a pair of RJ-45 Ethernet connections that support both switched and redundant operation, providing flexibility and the option to employ a secondary network for particularly mission-critical sessions.

Streamlined workflow integration

RedNet TNX works with Focusrite’s RedNet Control, which allows monitoring and control of all RedNet devices on your network via a single user-friendly app. Each of the unit’s two Thunderbolt ports provides 15W of power, allowing you to run multiple Thunderbolt devices in series. While RedNet TNX is conveniently portable, those who prefer a more permanent studio installation can fasten it to a rack shelf using the exposed screw threads located on the base plate. With its high Dante channel counts, industry-standard Thunderbolt connectivity, and support for the latest AoIP standards, Sweetwater engineers heartily recommend the Focusrite RedNet TNX interface for audio professionals who regularly deal with high-channel counts.

If you're like a lot of the recording engineers here at Sweetwater, then you probably grew up with stories of the legendary Focusrite Forte console and its ISA preamps. Our relationship with Focusrite is extremely tight, and we regularly enjoy everything from the inside scoop on new gear to fish and chips when they stop by Sweetwater. While Focusrite still produces the classic analog preamps, EQs, and compressors we love, our Sales Engineers are just as excited to introduce our customers to their remarkable RedNet network audio platform, and we have worked with Focusrite to outfit studios, churches, venues, and schools with this awesome technology in action. From everyday audio interfaces to full system designs, if you want Focusrite gear, Sweetwater has you covered.
