Can someone please attach a picture with this mic attached to a violin. Thank you
Sounds great!
Its everything they say it's going to be.
Attaches and removes quick and easy, has true to the instrument tone, and no feedback even in loud (bar/festival gig) environments.
Authentic sound!
I play in an acoustic wedding band and used a mic at first but it was giving too much feedback. I was worried about using a pick up because I thought the sound would be very muted, but this pickup creates a very authentic sound! We also use a direct box so that there's a capacity to raise the volume even more.
Music background: Classically trained violist; wedding band fiddle player
Excellent sound and quality
The pros: sounds great amplified. Even tone for bow and pizzicato. Easy to install and remove so you can swap instruments. The 1/4" jack is both functional and slick looking.

Cons; the acoustic tone (not from the amplifier) is altered slightly. Through the amp it sounds amazing, under the ear not as much. But that's okay because the goal is to amplify and produce an amazing sound.

It's well built and excellent.
Best pick-up for tone and ease of use
I did a lot of digging to find a pick-up that I could use for both my fiddle and viola. I'm a violist primarily - I am classically trained and now doing a lot of my own compositions and recordings, so I needed something that wouldn't affect my tone or as little as possible, but something I could swap instruments with easily. What I love is the fact that it is literally just a clip. It sounds better than any other pick-up I have heard and tried. The clip still grabs the tone quality of your top plate, but is small enough where it won't dampen or absorb the sound nearly as much as many other designs, and is small enough that it is barely noticeable. I used it for recording and live performances. If you are looking for a great sounding pick-up that is easy to use, this is the best option, hands down.
