Plug-and-play Control for Your Kemper Profiler

There’s simply no better way to take remote control over your Kemper Profiler's functions than with the Profiler Remote MK 2. This rugged, tour-ready footswitch controller is compatible with both original Kemper Profiler units and the MK 2 series, providing you with intuitive remote control over your Profiler’s parameters. The five footswitches located on the lower half of the controller allow you to instantly swap between five different Profiler Rigs, and you can even access entire Performances through the bank system. What’s more, the Kemper Profiler Remote MK 2’s collection of footswitches also grants you hands-free control over your Profiler’s looper functions, tuner, tap tempo effect parameters, and more. A quartet of numbered switches can also be assigned to a parameter of your choosing. And while complex MIDI rigs will always have their place, Sweetwater guitarists after a more streamlined remote control experience can’t help but sing this comprehensive controller’s plug-and-play praises. Powered directly from your profiler using a standard Ethernet cable and complete with an illuminated display, the Kemper Profiler Remote MK 2 simplifies your remote rig and opens up a world of expressive, in-the-moment musical possibilities.

Meet your new loop workstation

The Kemper Profiler MK 2 series expands the potential looping time to a full two minutes of recording, and the Kemper Profiler Remote MK 2 takes full advantage of this with its dynamic looper control functions. Not only can this remote controller kick on the looper with a click of a switch, but it also boasts the ability to overdub and delete your current loop using the footswitches. Finally, for those with a craving for the experimental, the Kemper Profiler Remote MK 2 also features dedicated footswitch controls to slow your loop to half speed, along with a psychedelic reverse loop function.

Kemper Profiler Remote MK 2 Features:

  • Plug-and-play remote controller, compatible with both original Profilers and Kemper’s Profiler MK 2 series
  • Powered and connected to your profiler via a single Ethernet cable
  • 5 footswitches allow you to instantly swap between Rigs, while the bank system grants you the power to switch Performances
  • The quartet of numbered footswitches can be assigned to any parameter you wish for complete creative control
  • Powerful hands-free looping functions, including overdubs, reverse, half speed, and undo
  • High-visibility display screen offers effortless navigation
  • 4 TRS connectors on the rear of the controller accept both expression pedals and switches
  • Heavy-duty build ensures rock-solid reliability every show

Reviews

Excellent ! A+++++ !
I have had numerous Kempers since they came out ~ Stepped up to the MK2 Power Head and this controller ~ Love them both ! I teamed it up with a Mesa 2x12 cab ! Love it ! :) Colton is always excellent to deal with ! A+++++ !
Nice but...
This is my second Kemper, the first being a Stage. I decided to build a rack and incorporate another Kemper into that. Performance wise, it's awesome... Except for the remote. The screen is noticeably smaller than that of the Stage and it's black and white, no color. I know you can't have everything but the approximate inch and a half reduction in screen size between the Stage and the remote makes it very difficult for me to see during a performance, even when fiddling with the contrast. I'm about to turn 55 and while my eyesight isn't perfect, it's good enough to see what I need to see, and I can't see this. Don't let my review turn you away, as my eyes aren't yours, but it's something to keep in mind, as the remote just isn't gonna work for me.
