A Feature-rich Analog Mixer with USB and Effects

The Mackie ProFX10v3+ is an old-school 10-channel analog mixer with truckloads of modern digital functionality. It all starts with a solid analog front end, which includes four of Mackie's acclaimed Onyx mic preamps, a 3-band EQ on all channels, and one-knob compression on channels 1–2. The ProFX10v3+'s high-resolution GigFX+ effects engine enables you to polish your tracks to a pro-level sheen. You also get a built-in USB-C audio interface, plus three recording modes for the utmost flexibility. Bidirectional Bluetooth functionality makes integrating calls and streaming audio a breeze. Add to that effortless latency-free monitoring, and you have a powerful mixing solution that fits seamlessly into a wide range of modern workflows. Also, hi-Z switches, along with a low-cut filter and +48V phantom power on all mic channels and a stereo 1/8-inch input on channel 9/10, round out the ProFX10v3+'s robust feature set. A stupendous solution for studio-quality recording and livestreaming alike, the ProFX10v3+ is a worthy addition to Mackie's decades-long legacy of building near-bulletproof compact mixing consoles.

Robust analog front end

A mixer is only as good as its analog front end, and the ProFX10v3+ doesn't disappoint. For starters, it includes four of Mackie's legendary Onyx mic preamps, arming you with +60dB of gain and ultra-low noise performance. A 3-band EQ on all channels provides all the sound-sculpting power you need. You also get a one-knob compressor on channels 1–2, allowing you to rein in errant dynamics with ease. The ProFX10v3+ includes hi-Z switches for easy instrument DI-ing, a 100Hz low-cut filter and +48V phantom power on each mic channel, and a stereo 1/8-inch input on channel 9/10.

Studio-quality digital effects

Here at Sweetwater, one of the first things we noticed about the Mackie ProFX10v3+ is its high-resolution GigFX+ effects engine. This digital effects engine arms you with 24 studio-quality effects, including reverbs and delays, chorus, flanger, phaser, and more. To top it off, the ProFX10v3+ includes a full-color LCD screen that permits you to edit and save presets on the fly.

Powerful recording features

The ProFX10v3+ is your one-stop shop for crafting high-quality recordings. This outstanding 10-channel analog mixer includes a built-in 2-in/4-out USB-C audio interface. You get three recording modes: Standard, Loopback, and Interface. Standard lets you record your main mix, along with GigFX+ effects and EQ. Loopback adds your computer's audio to the main mix — a must for podcasts and livestreams. Interface captures untouched audio from channels 1–2, without effects or EQ. You'll also benefit from latency-free monitoring, enabling you to easily blend between your computer output and the direct analog feed from the mixer.

Reviews

Great Quality and Value
It's perfect for me a one man drummer act. The built in blue tooth for this small mixer is a huge add on and a super easy to link connection to my iPad. I use 1 channel for lead vocals, 7/8 stereo inputs from the Roland TDK17 and 9/10 inputs for the stereo iPad. This leaves me 3 XLR inputs for extra vocals or instruments - and 5/6 stereo channel inputs to add a stereo keyboard.

Musicians say I am the only "one man drummer" act in the world.... IS THIS TRUE?
Music background: Vocalist, drummer, producer
A great utility for small gigs
For practice rooms and small gigs, it makes it really easy to handle audio from your computer and from Bluetooth devices, and with 4 mic inputs, lets you easily drop a few mics for vocals and reinforcement. The mic preamps actually sound pretty good. The EQ is responsive and the compression isn't too shabby for a single knob. It even can drop a mix to stage monitors or to headphone distribution.

For streaming it's nice to have the loop back functionality as well, plus can serve as a simple interface.

For the money, and for smaller stages or home streaming, I don't think there are many better options out there.
Love this new mixer
The new equipment is smaller than previous but much more powerful
Great mixer for streaming
As always Mackie proves it is one of the best. This mixer allows one to stream music through Bluetooth and USB. The USB input can be controlled through a loopback function as well as routed through channels 7/8. You need to install the driver and also control which output you wish to send your signal out from ( 1+2 or 3+4). This unit is great for streaming online and can be used for background music or adding tracks to a mix for live performances. Channels 1 through 8 have EQ and pan and effects controls while Channel 1 and 2 also have compression. Chaneel 9 and 10 have EQ and pan controls only. There is a control room and headphone output. Note: The mains will not broadcast USB if using loopback, only the control room. So if you use tracks for a lve setting run USB to channel 7/8 and mix from their for your mains. There are also further controls to adjust effects, etc. through the digital interface, which also has the button for stand , loopback and interface.
Music background: basic guitarist pianist vocalist
Love my new Mackie ProFX10v3
Thanks first of all to Tyler Moore! He's taken the best care of me for years and I appreciate not only his great knowledge of all musical equipment but also his patience as I'm figuring out what I need along the way. I love my new Mackie ProFX10v3! I'm hosting Free live zoom singalongs for Care Communities and Healthcare facilities and the sound is amazing! I'll also be doing some singer-songwriter live streams on YouTube and can't wait to get started.

The set up was super easy and it works great! Thanks Tyler and thanks Sweetwater! Y'all are the very best
