Easy replacement for old Prefix Plus
I installed this as a replacement for the aging Prefix Plus system I had, which was starting to give me trouble. Everything lined up exactly and was a fairly straightforward install. My original Prefix was all black and I was a bit concerned that the gray on this new one would not look that great, but it is better and a bit darker in person than it appears in photos. I've only had it in a day at the time of writing this, so I can't give a long term review, but so far everything is working great. The addition of the tuner is also nice, and seems to be accurate.

Wow! Fantastic sound! Glad I did it!
I inherited a Simon and Patrick Spruce Top cut away from my dad. I had played it before when he was alive but wasn't real impressed the strings were pretty dead and the piezo pick up in it had a lot to be desired (quacky sound and the bass strings kept taking off with feedback couldn't EQ it out.) I took a chance a carved a large spot for the Fishman and installed the new piezo. I put on a new set off strings and voila! This thing sounds absolutely wonderful. It sounds as good or better than many Martin's I've played and heard. There was a wonderful guitar in there and the Fishman really brought it out. Dad would be amazed to hear it now. He had a real jewel there, diamond in the rough.

Works Great, sounds Great and a perfect fit!
I have a Taylor that the original Taylor Prefix Stereo Blender stopped working in. I replaced it with the Prefix Plus - T. It fit perfectly. The screw holes lined up and I was plugged in and playing a very short time after receiving it! Sounds great and I really enjoy and appreciate the tuner. Thanks!

Want to make your guitar sound its best? Take it from the lifelong performers at Sweetwater and check out Fishman. If you've bought an acoustic-electric guitar, there's a good chance it came with Fishman electronics, but it's easy enough to upgrade your favorite instrument too - just ask the pros in Sweetwater's Guitar Repair Shop. Do you perform? Are you a singer/songwriter? We'd love to turn you on to Fishman's Loudbox amps and amazing pedals. But Fishman isn't limited to acoustic electronics. Many of us have tricked out our electric guitars with Fishman Fluence pickups and TriplePlay wireless MIDI systems too.
