A Portable, Grab-and-go Pedalboard

If you're searching for a compact pedalboard for uber-tight spaces, the Pedaltrain Metro 16 is a portable, grab-and-go solution complete with a low-profile, horizontal orientation. This rugged, aluminum-alloy board boasts a modified 3-rail system, and it's able to accommodate pedals of all sizes, from micro stomps to multi-effects units. The lightweight Metro 16 comes with hook-and-loop tape and zip ties for securing and organizing your pedals. A gig-ready hard case is also included. The Pedaltrain Metro 16 is a rock-solid pedalboard — in fact, it's built to last a lifetime.

Road-tough construction and gig-ready case

This revolutionary pedalboard is constructed of ultra-tough and lightweight aluminum alloy. Its frame weighs less than 3/4-inch plywood of similar size, plus, there are no moving parts to loosen or wear out. Plus, it's solidly constructed with a durable powder-coat finish. Add to that a gig-ready hard case with heavy-duty handles and lockable latches, and you can be assured your Pedaltrain Metro 16 will last a lifetime. For these reasons and more, you'll find Pedaltrain boards under the feet of many guitarists here at Sweetwater.

Pedals not included.

Versatile open-frame design

Pedaltrain boards feature unique open-frame designs that provide added flexibility when configuring the layout of your effects. Connecting cables can be neatly routed over, under, and through the open slots in the top surface area of the pedalboard to keep the risk of possible accidental disconnection to a minimum. Pedals may be added, removed, rearranged, or bypassed quickly and easily. These units include plenty of industrial-grade, adhesive-backed hook-and-loop material along with detailed instructions to make setup fast and efficient. You can easily and securely mount virtually any effects pedal, volume pedal, wah pedal, or other device (such as a pedal power supply, channel switcher, power strip, direct box, or wireless receiver).

  • Durable 16-inch x 8-inch aluminum alloy pedalboard

Great pedal board
Great pedal board really nice case too
Awesome
Very nice, compact pedal board. Comes with everything to get setup quickly. The layout makes it super easy to keep everything clean. Takes 2 seconds to take out and store away…. Definitely recommend.
Perfect size
Just what I needed for my small board I put together for shows. Case almost worth the cost.

Best fitting board.
These boards are sized perfectly for the modular board approach I'm taking.
I plan to use the Metro 16 as my Modulation, Echo and Reverb FX Board.
This will allow me to easily use an F/X loop on any amp, or run in series with other boards.

This is my second Metro Hard case, everything is built to high quality specs.
I built my MAIN pedal board with the Metro 24. Tuner, Compressor, Fuzz, OD, Distortion, etc.
It Holds all the pedals tight during transports.
Also, I put my power supply on top, so no height issues.

My only grip is I wish they would install adjustable "Appliance style" levelers in the rear to adjust height and angle.

Nice basic board with a GREAT case
The board was just what I expected and, using the Pedaltrain pedalboard planner at their website, fit the devices I needed to mount on it. It does what I needed but if you want a little angle you could add bigger feet to the back. That aside, the board is well constructed and as advertised plus the case is very nice. By carefully mounting your pedals as I did, I found it all fit into the well padded case very nicely in addition to also holding another large pedal I use off the board (planning needed as I set it on the board for storage). The cost was well worth it for the hard case it comes with. I mounted the little Voodoo Labs X4 power supply underneath. And the mounting materials were very nice as well and strong.
