Ultimate Comfort for Your Trombone

The trombone is an awesome instrument. However, when you truly stop to think about it, it’s kind of cumbersome to hold. Neotech has come up with a practical solution in the form of the Trombone Grip. This clever attachment makes holding your trombone more comfortable by doing away with unnecessary stress on your hand and fingers. At the same time, it helps balance the instrument while letting you maintain a proper playing position. Simply attach one of the included bushings to your trombone using the packaged shims and screws, clip on the neoprene strap, and you’re ready to play! The Trombone Grip includes three bushings to accommodate different bracings, allowing you to adjust the grip to 18 different positions. Pick up your Trombone Grip from Sweetwater today and enjoy your trombone like never before!

Note: Extra Trombone Grip Bushing/Shim Kits are available separately. Contact your Sweetwater Sales Engineer for more information.

Game changer!
As I suffer from Dupuytrens contracture, holding my trombone was painful and created a lot of stress. This Neotech Trombone Grip is a game changer- enabling me to play for long periods without stress or pain!
Handle attachment problems
I find it very difficult to attach the handle to the bushing even after a year of owning it. I fstruggle with it every time I use it. Maybe I am just clumsy but it's to the point where I'm checking out new grip systems
Music background: Composer, singer, trombonist, conductor
This Grip doesn't get along with facial hair
I recently was gifted a Bach 36B trombone. I've been playing a King 4B w/ F attachment for almost 50 years. The King has a brace for the left thumb to help hold the trombone. The Bach doesn't. I'm having some discomfort holding the Bach for an extended period of time, so I bought one of these grips. It works fine until I try to press the lever for the F attachment - then I discovered that my thumb was pulling my mustache/beard. It would probably work better for me if there was some kind of spacer between the trombone and the grip.
Music background: 55+ years playing bassoon, currently a professional bassoonist; dabble in other instruments (woodwinds, viola, trombone, J-horn)
Trombone Grip Beware
I bought one of these earlier which works fine but the bottom of the strap on this one kept slipping out of the holder. It also has a narrower width than the first one I bought. Had to get the strap altered so it wouldn't slip out. I don't blame Sweetwater for this, it's the manufacturer.
