BOSS MT-2 A METAL MACHINE
I have had one of these for years and am about to order another one. I use the high gain in my amp a lot but when I need really super high gain this can't be beat. this thing rocks like no other. yes the controls are very sensitive but if you take your time you will find your sound. just don't the boost the EQ very much, this thing has so much gain on tap and sustain it would be hard to find any thing else that can match it. one of the main reasons I have it on my pedal board besides the sound is the buffered output. weather it's on or not the buffered output makes all the difference in the integrity of my sound. take it off my board and my sound is dull and lifeless. I am about to order another one from Sweetwater because if the one I have stops working, I can't play. JUST GET IT. Rock on brothers and sisters.

Hello. I never leave reviews but I feel like I have no choice for this pedal. This thing is Amazing! I've been lurking in these reviews for years but I figure it's time I'd pop in and have my say. This thing makes me feel powerful. There's nothing like strumming a chord and feeling the extreme metal rush that this pedal evokes. One single power chord feels like a blast from the furnace of hell. Black metal is a breeze,death metal is a strong wind and doom metal is a tropical strength gust with this thing. One minute I'm playing Optimum Wound Profile riffs and with a stomp of my foot I'm full blown rocking some Megaton Leviathan jammies with this pedal. Highly recommended. Boss is the boss, baby. Boss is the sauce, dipped in gravy! Heavier than a house. Do yourself a favor and buy one. Sweetwater always has the best deals and my Dude Nick always knocks off another 15 percent if I ask him. Also, gotta love that candy, nothing more metal than an atomic fire ball. Sweets to the sweet. Over and out.
