What I like most about the Levy's MSSC8 Cotton Guitar strap is that the cotton fabric strap doesn't slide on my shoulder they way nylon guitar straps do. The black color of the strap matches well with all of my guitars, whether Sunburst Brown Stratocaster, Butterscotch Blonde Telecaster, and natural wood color steel-string acoustic guitar. The stitched-on leather Levy's patch looks good without being overtly advertising. The straps are easy to adjust. When the straps are attached to my guitars the guitars the strap peg attachment points are thick enough to give me a sense of security that the guitar won't disconnect from the straps. I own around four of this exact strap.

I really like this strap, I like it so much that I got two of the black ones and a brown one. The cotton strap is strong and doesn't slide like a cheaper polyester strap, the suede ends are a nice feature for their looks and strength, and the leather logo on the end is a small attention to detail from Levy's that makes a big impact for me. Overall it is a great strap that is well made and has great quality control.

I've used these straps for years because they really feel great. Unlike other materials this strap does not tend to slip. It also feels more comfortable to be because it conforms to your body better yet remains soft and tactile. The strap ends really grab and secure the guitar strap buttons very well and feels a lot more secure than some. I've used many other straps in pinch situations or playing a loner guitar or something and have always disliked anything but these. The others just feel wrong and sloppy and I always having to contend with the guitar moving around a little bit more than I would like.

I like this strap because it's not bulky, and the cotton stays still and won't slip like nylon does. This is the main reason I like the strap. If you have a neck heavy guitar this will help keep it still on your shoulder. Plus the ends are strong as well. Great sturdy yet smaller and light strap. I have 4 of them.

This strap is quality all the way. Very happy with it.
