Awesome

I like everything about this foot bass pedal board. The most important is the silky feel. Other benefits are it looks nice and is a good price. I tried a traditional organ board with the long, angled keys that hinge from the heel side and didn't like it at all. I much prefer the short keys that hinge from the toe side because it feels way better. My old board also had a wider range but was unnecessary. Too wide of a range to play easily with one foot. I could go with a wider range in this style but then I wouldn't have space for my volume pedal and leslie speed control pedal. 1 octave is all you need imo. If you want to play bassy notes farther up, you can just use your left hand. Overall, this board has everything I wanted and I recommend it.

My review of SL MP-113 Midi pedals

I bought these midi pedals mostly to run bass lines with feet while playing guitar.
I also bought the Studiologic Numa Compact 2 for a sound source for the midi pedals.
Since the two pieces of gear are made by Studiologic they work well together, hook up
the 5 pin midi cable, OUT MIDI PEDALS - IN NUMA COMPACT 2, and they see each other right
away, I never didn't to search for a channel or mess with knobs, which is great because
the controls on the MP-113 don't make alot of sense without a display screen how would you
know what you are changing ? I don't know how well this would work with a Roland or Alesis
unit or keyboard ... but it works well with these two units linked together.
I have realistic sounding bass guitar parts hands free and I can do synth bass, acid bass
and strings all hands free with a little practice .... it works well for what I need it for.
Only had it for 1 month so not sure about reliability yet, so far so good...
you can buy both SL midi pedals and Numa compact2 for under $1000 or you can spend $2000
on Roland keyboard and midi pedals your choice.

High quality pedals

These pedals work amazing with the Behringer Toro for a pretty much dead-on Moog Taurus sound. They seem fairly robust and it's pretty much plug and play and worked on stock settings out of the box. Downsides are that it's probably more expensive than what it's worth. There's also no power switch and it turns on as long as it's plugged in. (With a pretty decently powerful LED in the back)
