Great Baritone Uke from Lanikai

The Lanikai MA-B is a beautifully crafted baritone ukulele made from mahogany that delivers classic baritone uke tone. The MA-B now features a wider nut for a slightly wider neck that makes playing the MA-B more comfortable. A gorgeous rosewood fingerboard offers great response as well, whether you're chording or playing lead. A NuBone nut and saddle also provide tonal support to the already tone-rich mahogany body. This baritone uke is ideal for living room jams or warm nights on the beach around a fire with friends. Uke enthusiasts here at Sweetwater love the MA-B for its playability and tone.

Lanikai MA-B Baritone Ukulele Features:

  • All-mahogany ukulele puts out warm and mellow sound
  • Rosewood fingerboard is responsive and playable
  • Comfortable neck is good for a variety of hand sizes
  • Cream binding provides a beautiful contrast to the mahogany body
  • Chrome die-cast tuning machines provide solid support for staying in tune

A Lovely Gift
I bought this ukulele as a gift for my wife. She had tried guitar in the past, but struggled with the size. She could play melodies well enough, but chords were always a struggle. She is having much more success with this instrument and really enjoys playing it. I own a Lanikai concert size ukulele, that I use almost everyday in my classroom. It is a great instrument in any size!

Looks Great!
I ordered this for my daughter. She plays several different ukuleles and guitars. She tried this ukulele out and is very happy with it!

Fun little instrument
I bought this on the recommendation of my Sweetwater Sales Engineer, Greg Baum, two years ago. I had moved into a very small travel trailer and wanted something that was easy to keep out of the way. The all mahogany body has a fuller, more solid sound than other woods, and the neck plays smoothly. It is a higher quality instrument than I had expected, and now that I have more space, I still find myself playing this uke more often than my guitars. The baritone ukulele is easier on my old, arthritic fingers, as well.
