This is the cheapest hard case for my new LTD. My mind is at ease now that I have it. Fits beautifully. Hinges are great as is the lock.
Don't hesitate. It's solid!

I recently acquired an Epiphone Les Paul 100 from a girl friend who past away. Now I know the case is more valuable than the guitar, but I couldn't let the guitar be destroyed. So I purchased this case. The Epiphone Les Paul 100 fit perfectly in this case, and I know the guitar, and the memories associated with it, will be safe.

I bought this case for my Epiphone 50s LP Standard - it fits perfectly. I have many Gator gig bags for less expensive acoustic and electric guitars, but this is my first Gator hard case. The fit is perfect. It seems well constructed with good hinges, clasps, handle and tolex. This is not a flight case but a big step up from a gig bag. It cost a little less than the companion Epiphone LP case (back ordered at the time), but I am completely satisfied with this case and would highly recommend for this guitar.

I needed to replace the original Gibson case for my 1973 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe. No need to worry about body fit or neck support. This case is the answer! If you are your own roadie and need a case for local gigs and practices, this case will more than suffice. The major difference between the Gator case and the original 70's Gibson case is that the Gibson case top has a slight arch which adds stiffness. But, I would have no problem with placing another two guitar cases on top of the Gator case. It is plenty sturdy. This case is also an excellent fit for my Gibson Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway Plus (24 fret).

I needed a decent case for my Jackson Monarkh single cut. I was a little worried about the head stock fitting... plenty of room. The guitar body is thinner than a LP so I put a folded cloth under the body to straighten the angle of the neck (the nut end of the neck was very slightly tight to the top of the case)... fits perfectly.. no movement in the case. This is a better case than i thought it would be.. really nice. I won't be using it for plane travel, etc., but I'm sure it would survive, just needed a case for local transport and protection. Very nice case for the money... highly recommend! I'd like to add that Sweetwater offers the best service, hands down!
