Unexpectedly fast delivery

Love the pots, and was pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery.
Even more impressed with the followup call from Lei. I never expected to get such personal service.
- Imagine THAT, a followup call to check my satisfaction, for a couple of $ dollar pots!
That's fantastic, thank you!

Love the taper

I loved the roll off taper so much that I am now in the process of converting all of the volume pots in my guitars to these.

Great pots

As a luthier by trade I find these pots very high quality. Some have mentioned having problems with the resistor being uneven in the taper. Be sure to check the resistance before installation. One of the most common problems I correct in my shop is people who do their own installation and damage the thin ribbon resistor in the pot by overheating it during soldering. This is not the fault of the potentiometer. They are very delicate and require delicate soldering to prevent internal damage. These pots are smooth tapered and quality parts. Ill continue to use them in my shop.
