DMX daisy chaining is one of the most convenient aspects of modern lighting fixtures. But what about those times when you need to send DMX in several directions at once? With the Data Stream 4 optical DMX splitter at the center of your lighting system, you can send a single DMX-512 universe in four directions at once.
Each of the Data Stream 4's outputs is electrically isolated to keep the signal as clear and as clean as possible. Although it only takes a single rack space (1U), there are extensive connections onboard. Both the input and the outputs feature 3-pin DMX for your DJ gear, but they also include 5-pin outs to make them compatible with any DMX fixtures you can get your hands on. Need more than four splits? No problem. Just grab another Data Stream 4 and daisy-chain them together via the Thru port.
