This dual-element, piezo-ceramic pickup covers all of your bases, yielding deep, sustained pizzicato tones along with snappy articulation and an up-front direct string sound. We really dig the sound of the BP-100 here at Sweetwater. That said, we've found that you need to pair it with an impedance-matching preamp to really appreciate it. For top-shelf upright bass tone onstage, it's hard to surpass the Fishman BP-100.
