The 9401A System Management Device for audio-over-IP networking controls Genelec’s line of Smart active monitors and subwoofers (except for the 8320A) in ST2110, AES67, and Ravenna format AoIP networks. Supporting up to 16 AES/EBU input monitors, the 9401A has a dedicated AES/EBU output for SAM Subwoofers for flexible bass management as well as a separate multipurpose AES/EBU stereo output.

Supports all immersive formats
The Genelec 9401A supports all major immersive formats, including 9.1.6 audio, and using several 9401A units together extends your channel count for more extensive configurations such as 22.2. You can cascade SAM subwoofers or deploy them in parallel for extending your low frequency output capability, extending LFE output, or enabling flexible main-channel Bass Management options. The 9401A is supported by Genelec Loudspeaker Manager (GLM) software version 5.0 and later.
