Reviews

Amazing Vocal Mic!

I've owned a used virtually every type and brand of vocal microphone, including some of the most expensive on the market. When I had read the reviews on this mic it was hard for me to believe that it could be used in a live rock band setting as in the past when I've tried to use these types of handheld condenser microphones it was virtually impossible to get the volume loud enough without having feedback issues. Not only does this mic do amazingly well rejecting feedback it sounds so so good. Very natural, dynamic, powerful. Instead of having to be right on the microphone, I'm able to give myself some space which creates dynamics that I've not been able to achieve live before. I'm a singer and a guitar player in a four piece primarily rock band (some country , pop, etc). We can be a bit loud at times with a full drum kit, 2 loud tube amps and bass stack… so getting the stage monitors volume up loud enough can be tough depending on the venue with any mic. I know this is expensive, I really didn't want to spend $1k especially when I have several other $ mikes that sound quite good. But dang is this mic worth every penny. Highly recommended.
