Black Chrome Rotomatics
Purchased these for my 2025 J45 Standard.(102s).. are the same model that comes from Gibson on the J45. Just Nickle, not Black Chrome of coarse. They we're not chipped, scratched up. or flawed in anyway. Had read reviews some saying the Black Finish was chipped up or scratched up (during shipping).. might be true, not the case with mine...

Perfect drop in replacement!
I got these Grover's as a drop in replacement for my 2025 Gibson USA Les Paul Jr DC. They fit perfectly with no drilling, and are much better than the stock Gibson Deluxe tuners. Installation literally takes 5 minutes if you have a spanner wrench and a small Phillips head screwdriver. No experience required. (I've never swapped tuners before, and it was much easier than expected)... You can do it!
I gave 4
Close buy no cigar
I wanted to replace the chrome tuning machines on my new Epiphone Les Paul Custom Widow with black units. I thought these would fit. They don't. Required a luthier to slightly enlarge holes in the headstock. Now I need to return the guitar due to a finish crack below the nut that extends 1/2 way around the neck. The mods will undoubtedly be blamed for the crack in the neck. Yikes. Did the mods create the crack in the finish. Can't say for certain but I'm sure Gibson will take that position. Bottom line these look much better than the chrome units but they are not a drop in fit.
