You Can't Deny the Allure of Roasted Maple

Have you consigned your prized J Bass to a closet due to a warped neck? If so, the Fender Satin Roasted Maple Jazz Bass Neck will bring it back better than ever. Crafted from roasted maple, this neck boasts an eye-grabbing look, along with enhanced tone and added sustain. You'll appreciate this neck's comfortable Flat Oval profile, which is further bolstered by a fast-playing 12-inch-radius fingerboard with 20 jumbo-sized frets. Here at Sweetwater, we're blown away by the supreme comfort facilitated by this neck's satin urethane finish and rolled fingerboard edges. A synthetic bone nut rounds out this bass guitar neck's outstanding features. This genuine Fender Jazz Bass neck is crafted at Fender's Ensenada, Mexico-based manufacturing facility.

Note: Every neck and guitar is different, and a final setup, including filing the nut slots and a final fret leveling, may be required after installation on your guitar. Call your Sweetwater Sales Engineer with any questions you have about upgrading or replacing the neck on your Fender guitar or bass.

Reviews

Great feeling and looking neck - easy to install!
This is a fantastic neck - stain finish is super light and comfortable and feels like wood, rounded edges, even fret work, and the pre-slotted nut is a great start so you can file in your string gauge sizes. Popped right onto an old Warmoth body I had and sat perfectly. Easy to do the final truss rod adjustment as well.

A couple of notes: This neck is Made in Mexico with an MX serial number on it and the pre-drilled screw holes for the tuning pegs are for the new Fender Standard / Highway One machines NOT Vintage.
