31-band Graphic EQ with Feedback Detection

The Behringer Ultragraph Pro FBQ3102HD 31-band graphic equalizer is packed with the professional features you need. An FBQ Feedback Detection system quickly locates problem frequencies. A Planet Earth switching power supply yields noise-free audio, superior transient response, and efficient power consumption. Its 4580 dual op-amps exhibit low noise and excellent sound quality. Remove floor rumble, hiss, and other unwanted frequencies with sweepable highpass (low-cut) and lowpass (high-cut) filters on each channel. The Ultragraph Pro's 12-segment LED meter is extremely precise, and its input gain controls make setting levels a piece of cake. The Behringer Ultragraph Pro FBQ3102HD 31-band graphic equalizer is a great value for your studio or live sound rig.

Behringer FBQ3102HD 31-band Stereo Equalizer at a Glance:
  • FBQ provides you with a feedback-free system
  • Top-quality components deliver excellent sound quality
  • High and lowpass filters ensure clean sound
FBQ provides you with a feedback-free system

The Behringer Ultragraph Pro's FBQ Feedback Detection System delivers ultra-fast detection of problem frequencies, so you can stop feedback dead in its tracks. The system is child's play to use. Whenever feedback is detected in a specific frequency range, an LED lights up on the associated EQ fader. You then lower the fader to zap the feedback. At Sweetwater, we like that we can locate out-of-control frequencies at a glance, allowing us to quickly turn our focus back on the performance.

Top-quality components deliver excellent sound quality

Thanks to excellent engineering, the Behringer Ultragraph Pro is a real performer. The 4580 dual op-amps employed throughout supply great signal integrity, while a Planet Earth switching power supply ensures low noise and superior transient response. The Ultragraph Pro is ideal for adding the finishing touch to your live show or recording, with 31 bands of smooth, precise equalization per channel.

High and lowpass filters ensure clean sound

The sweepable highpass (low-cut) and lowpass (high-cut) filters on each of the Behringer Ultragraph Pro's channels attenuate unwanted sounds such as hiss, wind noise, floor rumble, electrical hum, and more. Ask any of the live sound techs here at Sweetwater, and they'll tell you that unnecessary low-frequency content really eats up your power amp's headroom. And having the ability to fine-tune your overall sound results in crystal-clear, dynamic output with the perfect level of low-end punch.

A good kind of overkill

I purchased this equalizer for my headphone amp setup and it's been fantastic. As the title says, it's overkill but for the price and features, it would have been foolish to choose something else. This EQ, along with my tube preamp, brings out the best of the other components, including all of my headphones. My reference album, Jazz at the Pawnshop has never sounded better. Thanks to Zach for always following up to make sure everything is running smooth. 5 Stars to Zach and Sweetwater!

Drum Recording Essential

I love these units, I own a few of them. These are very versatile units. I have used them in numerous applications over the years. Currently, I am using two of these units to equalize my drum kit while recording. I am not using a high end interface, or high end recording software. By the time the signal reaches the interface, the signal is so clean any post adjustments are simply playful icing on the cake. Great quality, great affordability.

A serious bargain at the sale price.

I am using this for room tuning in an audiophile quality home sound system. I wanted a unit with a hard bypass so I could use this for my analog source and the DSP in my server software for digital files. I was using a different brand that didn't have a hardwired bypass so I had to patch it in and out. A hassle. Turns out I don't really need to use the bypass. This thing sounds good enough that I am using it all the time.

Beats out the competitors.

I think this is one of Behringer's first success stories. I bought this EQ back when Behringer had a bad reputation for just about everything. I used one for a concert and automatically fell in love with it. It just beats out comparable products. . Mostly with its wonderful features, especially the little LED lights on each band that show you what tones are being harshest. It's also very great that this doubles as a crossover. I would never buy any sort of transducer from this company, but their signal processing is top-notch. Now that they have Midas preamps in their boards, They're better than ever. But that's also why this cost me $100 less a few years ago Than it does now. Would I buy it over other products if it was the same price back then? Absolutely. You won't be disappointed.
