Custom-engineered drivers deliver top-shelf sound
The Berlin TBV123-AN is armed with an efficient Class D amplifier that pushes 2,500 watts through a 12" carbon fiber-loaded neodymium low-frequency driver and dual 1" aluminum-dome neodymium motor compression drivers. The drivers are mounted on a 100° horizontal by 15° vertical dispersion constant curvature dendritic waveguide, which maximizes the direct sound field while minimizing reverberant energy. With the TBV123-AN, everyone in your audience will experience great sound.
Onboard DSP and intuitive operation
From dynamic EQ and transparent limiting to position compensation, subwoofer integration, and signal routing, sophisticated DSP provides you with a high degree of control over the Berlin TBV123-AN's performance. And it's easy to use — everything is controlled by a single rotary encoder, while an LCD provides you with simple at-a-glance information. I/O is straightforward, with a balanced XLR input and an XLR output for daisy-chaining more active speakers or for connecting an active sub. The mains input and link output are on lockable Neutrik powerCON connectors. There's also a USB port that supplies remote access via your computer, as well as firmware updates.
Simplified connectivity with ULTRANET networking
Thanks to the Berlin TBV123-AN's built-in ULTRANET connectivity, you can transmit up to 16 independent channels of 24-bit digital audio and control data over a single Cat 5 cable. At Sweetwater, we've found that the TBV123-AN makes connecting to a mixer, stagebox, another powered speaker, or a personal monitoring system unbelievably easy.
