A great product and SUCH a helpful team!
I really appreciate the customer service and speed when I ordered this mic. There was an issue with the shipping but Sam helped resolve it quickly, even though the problem wasn't because of Sweetwater. The mic works wonderfully! No need to go to Amazon for your tech needs!

Does exactly as intended
I recently began teaching a high-intensity athletic workout class and used this headset. At first I thought there needed to be a way to adjust how it wraps around my head. There wasn't. It's one size fits all. Then I placed it on my head and it didn't move throughout a 45-minute workout with my head sweating a lot. I have a bald head, so I was expecting it to easily slip. Nope. Stayed in place. No adjustment needed. Mission accomplished.

The mic boom is flexible. I often move it away from my mouth between workout tracks so the participants don't get annoyed with my heavy breathing.

Overall, this does it's intended job. Buy it.

Great for Martial Arts schools
We use a wireless mic kit on the training floor of our Martial Arts school. With different instructors and multiple classes, our prior headsets did not hold up well to the wear and tear. I called Sweetwater and they recommended this model, which ended up being a home run! It is very comfortable, the cord length is perfect and the boom doesn't shift around on it when you move. I highly recommend this kit if you are on any type of active floor.
