Limitless On-the-fly Envelope Tweaking
ADSR envelope generators have been a staple of modular synthesis from the beginning, but the Tiptop Audio Z4000 module adds something special to your Eurorack synthesizer rig. This voltage-controlled envelope generator features the same attack, decay, sustain, and release controls found on countless ADSR envelopes before, but it also includes CV inputs for each setting, allowing you to dynamically adjust any major parameter on the fly. Buttons control slope inversion and bypass, and you can also bypass the Z4000 via CV. One final function has made the Z4000 a popular choice here at Sweetwater: the attack slope switch, which lets you flip between logarithmic and exponential attack curves. And when you work in the retrigger input, you can create oozing legato notes reminiscent of vintage analog keyboards.
