Awesome!

This affordable sub pairs great with the CDL12P line array speaker.

The low end is clean and punchy, which allows people to feel the sound and energy from the band. The coverage is exceptional.

As part of a pair with the CDL12P these scale really well. You have the flexibility to cover just about any job from small to large and everything in between.

Simply Awesome

The ULT18 is simply amazing. Blown away by the sound. Don't let the frequency response let you down. These things go super low. Remember specs are specs. Well built wood boxes that slam.

Read my review under the ULT12 to explain why I purchased PreSonus. I rolled the dice and do not regret it at all. The price is well worth it. 40 years in the DJ business and I have heard it all.

Sounds as good or better than the QSC KW181 and the EV ETX18 at less money.

Do yourself a favor, buy them. If they suck, send them back but I can tell you, you will keep them.

Good Lord these subs put out some serious dB's!!! They move some serious low frequency air!

Better than QSC or EV

I did a shoot out with this sub against the KW181 and the EV ET18. The ULT18 completely killed the QSC and was equal with the EV (but $300 cheaper per sub). I've now used it for the past several months and every time it blows me away how loud it gets without clipping. Also got the caster kit and cover and it rolls like a dream at the end of the night. Highly recommended!!

Hard Hitter

Our portable church purchased 4 of these. These subs absolutely SLAM! I am always amazed by how hard you can push these without distortion. They seem to always stay punchy and tight. They are also built like tanks. They take a beating week in and week out and just keep on hitting.
