Great little instrument for the Money

It plays well, it's remarkably loud and has a very warm tone. If you play it too aggressively, you can hear a bit of a vibration from the internal electronics, but other than that it's perfect. When plugged in it sounds nice too.

Ibanez UEW13MEE should have been categorized as a Soprano

Re-editing for clarity
I bought the Ibanez UEW13MEE and to my surprise it is way too small. It is categorized as a Concert ukulele but you would be hard pressed to be able to fit your 3 fingers on the 2nd fret in order to make a D chord. Unless you make your D chord with 1 finger, you should be looking at a different brand. I don't have big fingers, I am only 5.5 feet tall and my hands are not oversized, so those of you who are a bit taller will have even more trouble making a D chord. A while back, I bought an Oscar Schmidt concert ukulele and I had no trouble making a D chord. On this Ibanez, your ring finger would be over the 2nd fret and the E string will be muted. Definitely not the experience I was looking for. I had to return it because it is of no use to me like that. It sounded Ok, quality wise, I think it sounds fine but unless you play finger style and no chords, this is not the instrument for you.

I am deducting 2 stars: One for mislabeling this as a concert ukulele and the other one for forcing me to spend more money in order to return it to Sweetwater.
