Waylon case

Needed a case that would be fitting for my beloved t style guitar. Found it! The padding is superior to my gator cases in terms of thickness. It's also smaller and weighs less than my gators.
I'm happy with this one...like really, really happy! And the exterior detailing is hard to capture in pictures but it is no doubt captivating in person. Thank you Sweetwater. Best customer service EVER thanks to Gregg Block.

Perfect case

I love this case, it is certainly one of the better Fender products. I have 4 Fender cases and they range from immaculate to acceptable in quality range, this one is everything I could expect in a guitar case.

What would Waylon say.......Probably meh

First off, I understand the cases that are $ and under from Fender are made in China so I wasn't expecting a real G&G but honestly, this could better. Putting Waylon's name on it, pure marketing. Here's the good, the outside western style material looks very cool, no doubt. The handle is ok, latches are on the smaller, cheaper side. The interior is ok, the Waylon emblem is crooked and the interior covering is cheap. But here is the real kicker, this case is short. And by short I mean my Telecaster (American made) BARELY fits. You really have to push the guitar in and it actually hits the last tuner. I also own a G&L ASAT, won't fit at all, no way, not even close. Honestly Fender, if you want to honor a country music legend by putting his name on these things you should do better. I would have paid more for a real case. Now am I keeping it? Yeah. It does have curb appeal and will keep the dust off but it's also a bit of a disappointment.
