This Heavy-duty Speaker Stand Helps with the Heavy Lifting!

The Ultimate Support TS-100B Hydraulic Speaker Stand lets you put your speakers at that height you need! Using a gas spring, the TS-100B Hydraulic Speaker Stand reduces your lift load by up to 75 percent, making it easy and safe to put your live speakers up to height for effective sound dispersion without the threat of injury. The heavy-duty stand features large-diameter tubing and reinforced clamps, and it folds down to a compact size that's easy to transport. If you want a sturdy, lightweight, effective stand that actually helps you get your speakers up to where you need them, you've got to check out the TS-100B!

The TS-100B Hydraulic Speaker Stand lifts 50 lbs for you! Ultimate Support's gas spring is under a 50 lb. preload — when the speaker is safely loaded on the stand, turn the telscoping knob and raise any speaker weighing less than 50 lbs (the Mackie SRM Series, JBL EON Series, and QSC K Series all weigh far less than 50 lbs, for instance), with zero effort on your part. If your speaker is over 50 lbs, marvel at how little effort it takes to raise the speaker to the proper height. The TS-100B will hold up to 150 lb. speakers.

The TS-100B features large-diameter anodized tubing and metal reinforced clamps to securely suppot more weight than most speaker stands., and it quickly folds into a compact, lightweight unit for easy transport. Integrated parts mean there's nothing to keep track of with these stands, making them incredibly road-friendly!

Well worth their cost, saves my back!

When I was younger and fit, I used "On Stage" basic stands (user does all the lifting up and lowering speaker cabs). Now at age 71, I can still load gear in my van--but I can't safely shove the poles up, with heavy speakers on them. I did, with great struggle, risking back injury and toppling the stand over! I work "One-Man-Band" gigs, including set up & pack out--ALONE.
These Ultimate Support "lift assist" stands are ideal! My JBL Eon610 powered cabs rise entirely by the stand. I loosen the collar, and up they go. My Behringer 15" passive cabs need my added easy push with the stand doing 95% of the lift. I must pull down, to compress the gas back into lowered position. The speakers weight and gravity does most of that, making the pull down easy for this great grandpa (using the tapered hand-grip collar on the stand). Wish I'd gotten these years ago. (Bands with several guys to help on gigs--these stands will help the ONE who sets gear back up at home or in the studio, when the rest of the crew aren't there. Get em, save your back, and don't risk a crash that means buying new speaker cabs!)

Good Stand But Heavy

I have been running sound since I was a kid. I have always used Ultimate Support Speaker Speaker Stands. Getting the speakers up on the stands and raising them when setting up, and trying to gently lower them gently when breaking down has always been a pain, so I bought 2 of the TS100B's. I was surprised how heavy the shipping box was when I received them. They are heavy. A lot heavier than the non assist stands. When I tried to open the legs up the slide was very tight even though the thumb screw was very loose. I suppose they will loosen up with use. I set my Mackie SRM450's on the stands, and loosened the height adjustment screw, and the speaker slowly raised and stopped at full height. When I was ready to break down you have to apply quite a bit of downward pressure to bring them down. All and all I like them

Can't beat this for the price

I tend to stay away from Chinese made goods but this stand is an exception. I've used these for gigs with EV TRX 115's before and I've used them with the powered version EV 115S too. Adjusting the height is a breeze just grab the rubber hand hold and turn the top nut on the stand pipe and up it goes. At the end of the night reverse the process, it's effortless. No cranks, no holding pins. Just the stand and the speaker.

The legs are very sturdy and you don't have to fully extend them if you don't have the room, they can still hold up a heavy PA cab without a problem. I've owned 4 pairs of these stands over the years, playing 45+ gigss a year and I've never had the gas cylinder go flat on me.

So far these are the easiest to use stands I've ever owned, reliable, sturdy and fault free. Get a pair, you'll thank me after your first gig with them.
Music background: Former gigging/recording musician, retired.
