About Syos
Germinating deep inside IRCAM laboratories in Paris, Syos emerged in 2016 with a mission: to revolutionize saxophone and clarinet mouthpiece design and fabrication. The founders of Syos, which stands for Shape Your Own Sound, had identified the inner geometry of the mouthpiece bore as the key factor governing the acoustics of wind instruments.
