Hear Your Tone, Not Your Volume Pedal

Instead of relying on a mechanical potentiometer like most volume pedals, the Lehle Stereo Volume Pedal employs a magnetically controlled Blackmer VCA to give you amazingly precise control over your volume without any worries about wear and tear. Designed with live performance in mind, the Stereo Volume treats your signal with maximum integrity — your tone comes through exactly as intended across the entire range of the pedal's sweep. And it's perfect for dual amplifier rigs, with the ability to split a mono signal to two separate outputs. If a volume pedal is a critical component of your guitar rig, then you'll definitely appreciate the precise operation and amazing durability the Lehle Stereo Volume offers.

Magnetically controlled VCA for long-term reliability

The Lehle Stereo Volume volume pedal uses a magnetic field to control your signal level — that means there isn't a mechanical potentiometer to wear out. Your instrument's signal level is controlled by the control voltage generated by the magnetic sensor, which gives this pedal its extremely smooth and precise response.

Consistent impedance equals consistent tone

The advanced design of the Stereo Volume Pedal keeps the input and output impedances the same no matter where the pedal is set. That means that your tone will sound exactly as you intend throughout the sweep of the pedal, no loss of highs or blurring of mids.

Maximum versatility with mono and stereo modes

No matter what your rig looks like, the Lehle Stereo Volume Pedal is ready to integrate with your gear. Keyboard players at Sweetwater appreciate the true stereo signal path, and it's a big benefit to guitarists and bassists that play multiple amps — if you connect a single mono instrument source, the Lehle Stereo Volume Pedal splits the signal to both outputs without any signal degradation. And if you connect two inputs, they can be summed to a single output, which is handy for sending a stereo signal path to a mono destination. Outputs can operate as TS (unbalanced) or TRS (balanced) for maximum flexibility onstage or in the studio.

Lehle Stereo Volume Pedal Features:

  • Magnetically controlled volume pedal
  • True stereo signal path, can also sum dual inputs to a mono output, or split a mono input to dual outputs
  • Extremely durable, with no mechanical potentiometer to wear out
  • Maintains input/output impedance across the entire sweep range, leaving your tone natural and uncolored
  • Adjustable resistance to fine-tune the feel to your preference
  • Power supply required, not included (requires 9–15V DC or 7–12V AC)

Amazing

Insane

I didn't want to give this 5 stars because the price seems insane but I can't imagine a better volume pedal. My sales engineer Bob researched this for my needs. It's not a one trick pony, it solves several audio issues besides just being a good pedal. It also does not have the typical parts that get dirty and/or break. It should last a good long time.

Lehle volume pedal

This reason this thing is three times the money is because it is three times as good. I really love the feature of being able to adjust the feel of the pedal (the amount of resistance when you move it). I typically want to adjust volume level a bit during a guitar solo. If a pedal is too loose just pulling your foot away will probably be enough to change the level you just set, which is a real pain. This pedal is utterly smooth and silent. Germans know how to make things.

Rock solid

I have 4 old volumes languishing here, some in rather used-up shape from a thousand gigs. This is a new deal, and I think a wise investment. I use the pedal to have an easy toe on the dynamic. I like leaving the guitar and amps and effects alone, once I get going. This guy seems to like to let me back it off and still wail, and when I need to, I can just kick it all the way in or out, like the gear-shift on a fine sports car. And, it's got a great feel for swells; now, I'm like my pedal-steel friends who swear by their old DeArmonds. Clean and quiet, and every bit of tone right there talking to you. And I'm betting that after another thousand gigs I'll still say you should get one.
