Was looking for a new way to get a decent bass tone in my home studio without buying an am and rig. Saw this on sale and pulled the plug, glad I did! Loads of great sounds for not a lot of money, was exactly what I needed to up my bass game. Easy installation, gorgeous, intuitive interface and it works beautifully with my DAW. can't be happier!

The tone an output sound of this is amazing. Have always loved the sound of Ampeg bass amps. They are the "bass" sound for a reason. But never been able to really justify paying the price tag of an actual unit. Plus moving a stack plus the head plus my bass and all accessories for it is not something I look forward to. With this I can bring the laptop run it out to a PA and it sounds just as good (nothing will ever truly replace the real thing in a room) on the PA as it does in my headphones at home or through the FX in my bass amp. 100% yes. Love it.

Don't have a real one to compare it to but I love what I'm hearing so far.

I have owned three Ampeg tube heads for touring. The Ampeg SVT Suite Bass Amplifier Plug-in really nails the sound of an 300 watt all tube monster and an 8-10" speaker cabinet without all the volume and heavy lifting. Simply put, this is the best bass Plug- in to attain that classic Ampeg sound.
