I use the SS- 6B on my home system. I like knowing the surge suppression plus EVS is protecting my 2- Classe mono amps and Mirage sub. Indicator lites show all is normal. Before owning the block I was using hardware store surge suppressor. I also purchased a Furman M8-Dx for my McIntosh preamp, cd player, Clearaudio turntable, and a classic Pioneer tuner. Again I have more confidence of protection. Like the voltage readout. The twin lites look good, but probably more useful on stage than in a home music system.

Highly recommend this item. Be ready for a difference in clarity and in sound. An absolute must have. Trust in this protector. It does clean up feed back and buzz. It gives you true power. And most importantly it protects your gear. Thanks Andrew and Sweetwater for always getting it right for my needs.

The Furman SS6B Pro is a fantastic power strip for the working musician. No worries about noise or power surges. As always Mac Hatton and Sweetwater provide great service.

The Surge Suppressor Strip was everything and more that I was asking for. the spacing of the plugs allows for plenty of room and now crowding for oversized plugs. The cord is LONG, longer than I expected. I don't have to cary that 6' extention cord anymore.

I been using older monster cable power strip for many years and recently purchased this Furman and was really impressed with the clarity and just overall better sound I got with my guitar amp and effects. I play in church and I play a Strats most of the time but sometimes Gibsons as well. This power strip is worth the price. I want to buy another one. One for home and one for church.
