Finally, like every Earthworks microphone, the SR3117 Supercardioid Condenser Vocal Wireless Capsule is proudly designed, tuned, and assembled in the USA.

Note: The Earthworks 3117 is compatible with various wireless mics, including the Shure SLX-D, Audio-Technica 6000 Series, Lectrosonics HHa, and Line 6 V75. Fantastic upgrade for female vocalists!

I bought this capsule out of curiosity and was blown away! I have been on the search for a mic capsule that would handle a high SPL that some of my vocalists produce. After trying many different brands, and many different models, I think I found something that will work (don't get me wrong, some of the others are good too). The mids and high mids are incredibly clear, I noticed a huge difference whenever I was mixing down my multi track. This is probably the biggest bang for the buck capsule out there.

The sr3117 is extremely transparent, drastic difference between the shure beta87 & sr3117.. I am very glad I purchased this capsule..I have other Earthworks microphones, don't regret any of them..for vocals & instruments..
