Real-time stems and innovative mixing
As the terms “DJ” and “producer” have come to find new interpretations, the RMX-95 mixer seeks to meet and exceed the expectations of classic, contemporary, beginner, and veteran DJs alike. Onboard DVS compatibility comes from djay PRO AI, allowing for advanced mixing integration with Mac, PC, iPhone, and iPad. Algoriddim’s cutting-edge Neural Mix technology lets you generate stems in real time, isolating melodies, rhythms, vocals, and more, continually granting uncompromising control of your audio. Crisp crossfades are a given, and a variable curve for both linear and X faders are easily dialed-in, flexible mixing.
Deep control, intuitive interfacing
With the slew of performance and control options available with the RMX-95, designers at Reloop succeeded in providing a streamlined, intuitive interface to guide you. Per-channel, bipolar filters give you highpass and lowpass filters, while a master resonance control adds plenty of tweakable flavor to your filtering. A vivid display provides constantly-updating real-time feedback, detailing which FX channels are active, time data, tempo, and more. The supplementary channel includes a combo 1/4-inch and an XLR microphone input and an RCA input, each with dedicated level controls and a 2-band EQ, as well as a convenient toggle for talkover. A detailed FX section makes routing a breeze, armed with straightforward time, depth, and tempo management tools, with a separate headphone cue to lock in your sound on your terms.
Premiere performance potential
Each of the four master channels includes RCA CD inputs alongside two phono inputs and two line inputs. The RMX-95 features a fully digital architecture, including two USB-B ports and two Smart Link USB-A ports, each of which can be selected from any individual channel. Altogether, this results in a dual 10 x 10 USB 2.0 interface, maintaining a superlative 24-bit audio fidelity. These also allow you to quickly transform the mixer into a programmable, mappable MIDI controller, which lets you digitally manage a customizable array of parameters. These parameters include EQ frequency range, Neural Mix, audio interface routing, or the zone routing matrix, allowing you to choose which channel is sent to the booth output, in stereo or mono. Texturizing tools abound with the high-quality FX suite, with Echo, Reverb, Flanger, Phaser, Vinyl Brake, Loop Roll, Noise Pitch Shift, Delay, Ping Pong Delay, Tape Delay, Bit Crusher, and Transformer modes. Frequency controls specific to the FX chain include a bi-polar LPF/HPF to manipulate FX in selected frequency bands.
