We used the AT PRO 70 in a live setting at church and also record each channel straight from the board. We used it to mic a charanga using the sound hole clip which worked well. We enabled the low cut filter switch on the body pack and got a very nice and crisp sound. Definitely would recommend.

This is one of the mics you could use for banjo. It brings out the natural sound. It's amazing!

This mic surprised me. I used it for a video using the soundhole attachment to record an acoustic. It sounded incredible! Honestly sounded just like I'd recorded the guitar with a much larger condenser. It works great as a lav mic too, though is also very sensitive and can pick up a bit of room noise. I haven't tested it outside yet. All in all, this thing is very versatile. Being able to use it as a lav and also a quick and easy acoustic soundhole mic makes it a must have. Everything is sturdy, the box is metal, and comes with all the attachments and a nice soft case. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Upgrading all my podcast gear and the Pro70 coupled with a Zoom H6 has made a world of difference in my project work. Tonight I tested the mic out in a board meeting. The individual wearing the mic was clearly defined at all times, including when several people were all talking at once in a crowd room.

I also was amazed at the ability it had to drop a lot of the reverb that happens in my small untreated office and my very resinating voice.

I would recommend this product.

We wanted a pair of lapel mics for a TV set type of setting with out the hassle and possible unreliability of wireless.

These sound great and can run on phantom power so no hassle of batteries and 1/2 to 1/3 the price of a wireless system

If you don't need wireless, this is the one to get!
