Very Well CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED
I always wanted to learn how to play the harmonica so I researched a little on Google search and found out that there are more than just one size fits all and that it's recommended to get one that's key is heard in the "C" note. Then the hunt was on... Where can I find a harmonica in the "C"
I don't need it to be the top of the line as I'm just a greenhorn "Beginner". Well I have been known to shop in the Temu app but I ran into a bunch of product descriptions that personally...I felt that they were more confused than I was when it came to the harmonica as a musical instrument that musicians played in front of a crowd with rather than some noise maker you picked up off of the Temu app just to shove it in their kids face telling them not to play it in the house so... A very tormented neighbor I was!
Then I Googled some more and I came across this Online Store called... well you already know, but for you folks that are falling asleep reading my extra long review here, it's called the SWEETWATER. Yup... A musician's candy store. The #1 spot to go when you are looking for an instrument that will fix your needs. I'm not writing this review not because I am being reimbursed or that I have close ties with the hardworking staff, NO! I'm just a guy that notices excellent customer service when I see it. Plus in this day of age we need to recognize the non-big-box stores that are far from personal customer service and rather more like sheep on conveyor belts then given the "stink eye" and told you have to many items to "Self -Checkout" and ushered off to regular check stand with a slow cashier. Butt The Customer Is Always Right! RIGHT??

TO ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE AT SWEETWATER KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!
And for the owners / "CEO's and Management be it upper or lower, way to go! Quality employees don't just fall from the skies, they are treated like family and of course they need to be respected when it comes to wages and benefits. It's noticeable from the top to the bottom of the ladder so if this review makes it to the daily company morning meeting and you are being recognized for the first time today, give yourselves a big pat on the back and if it's too far to reach... Help your fellow coworker with a nice pat on the back (AND MAKE SURE IT'S ABOVE HER ELBOW) We don't need a line from the human resource office to the vending machines for allegations of sexual harassment.
PS I have played the Drums (percussion) since I was 11 years old today I own a 5 pc electric drum set with 2 cymbals from Roland and my most recent instrument the 7 pc HOHNER Harmonica set from yours truly...
So maybe later I will check out your guys's percussion section out, see if I can upgrade my set or a whole new one.
