Signature Misha Mansoor 7-string from Jackson

The Jackson Pro Series Signature Misha Mansoor Juggernaut HT7 is a hard-rocking, djent-ready axe at a great price. Designed in conjunction with Periphery’s Misha Mansoor, the Juggernaut HT7 features a lightweight, resonant basswood body that kicks out all the growl and grit you need for djent as well as other hard rock genres. A pair of Jackson MM1 humbuckers delivers all the hot, humbucking growl and grime you expect and is controlled with master volume and tone controls, plus a 5-way blade switch. A push-pull (on/off) pot on the tone control adds further to this 7-string electric guitar’s sonic versatility. A 1-piece, caramelized maple neck, with a 20"-radius caramelized maple fingerboard and 24 jumbo frets is fast, playable, and comfortable.

Juggernaut of both playability and distinction

Jackson has always been a leading guitar choice for Sweetwater’s hardest rockers. Djent and metal purists alike find the Pro Juggernaut HT7 to be one of the most playable machines available. The axe’s sleek, scalloped horns and wraparound heel allow unhindered access to all 24 frets. Graphite reinforcement of the bolt-on, single-piece, 26.5"-scale-length neck ensures ultimate stability.

Custom-voiced Jackson MM1 humbucking pickups

Misha Mansoor is totally committed to tone, so he put considerable effort into the custom-voiced Jackson MM1 humbuckers in his Pro Juggernaut HT7. These high-output pickups deliver a tight, uncluttered response. The 5-way pickup selector switch adds further to the sonic versatility of this eye-catching electric guitar.

A true Juggernaut of tone and playability developed and designed by a genre-defining pioneer

As an icon of progressive metal and pioneer of the djent movement, Misha Mansoor instinctively knows what the best tools of his trade are. From the headstock to the bridge, and all points in between, Misha worked tirelessly with Jackson’s R&D experts to design and deliver an axe you’d never think possible without going custom. Juggernaut by name . . . juggernaut by nature.

Awesome Guitar!!!

I bought this guitar a few years ago and was very pleased with it. This was my first 7 seven string and first guitar that has a roasted maple neck. Playability is smooth! I did change out the nut and the pick ups. I put in a set of Misha Mansoor's "Bareknucke Ragnaroks" in it and she growls even more!
Music background: 23yrs playing guitar.

Amazing Guitar, especially for the price!!

This is my second Misha Mansoor Pro Series HT7 (I bought the orange one about a year ago), and I can't say enough good things about this guitar. I was in the market for another 7 string guitar for my band, and it was an easy choice. Especially for the price. The only thing I would recommend doing is changing out the pickups with some Ragnaroks or Juggernauts. The stock pickups aren't bad by any means but throwing in some ragnaroks in there will definitely give you that "Periphery" tone if that's what you're going for.

Fantastic guitar!

Been wanting a 7 string for quite some time, so I did some research and landed on this bad boy. I have always loved Jackson guitars and miss my 6 string dinky I used to have. The neck feels fantastic, the cut out for your fretting hand is more than adequate and allows for reaching the higher frets.

I'm currently playing it through the Nolly Neural DSP plugin in and it sounds NASTY! Super crispy and clear! It also sounds very good on clean channels as well. The sustain is really good and notes hold out like a dream!

Can't wait to start recording some tunes with this thing! It has definitely re-sparked my passion for playing guitar

Not worth it.

I wanted to like this guitar. I've played guitar for ages but this was my first 7 string and after a ton of research I had high hopes and was very disappointed.
It's a one trick pony at best. Clean tones were dull and lifeless and not much better distorted... It will chug and if that's all you want to do, have at it. Coil tap was ineffective. It came nicely set up but was still the most uncomfortable guitar to play I've ever experienced.
Far better can be had for less $$.
Sweetwater was an amazing experience as usual. Like I said the guitar was pristine and nicely set up and the return process was smooth sailing.
Music background: Have played guitar and bass for ages. Rock, metal, jazz, blues, country. Diversity is life.
