Nord Electro 6D case

I've had both for nearly 5 years. Both are excellent products. The case is well made and heavy textured red cloth material with heavy zippers and a good, large sturdy pocket. I paid more than $ then. It's insurance for a $ investment. Don't be a tightwad!

Great Light Case For my Nord Electro 5HP 73

I have a heavy waterproof Gator flight case that I know will protect my Keyboards better than anything else. The problem is that it is heavy and awkward to use in everyday situations like "band practice" or small gigs. I have had light keyboard cases and been disappointed with the quality. Not so with this Nord Case. I have an Electro 5HP 73 I bought from Sweetwater in 2015. It still works like new and has been a great musical investment. This case fits the Nord like a glove. The top pocket is large enough for accessories like cables, a sustain pedal, a Furman power supply, a notebook,...I haven't needed to use it as a backpack, but the engineering and sturdiness of the handles, straps, and connectors give plenty of confidence that it would properly support carrying either of the 3 ways it is designed to do so. Have I tested dropping my keyboard in this case? No. I'm sure it could handle a good thump or two, but all instruments should be handled with care in or out of a case if you want them to provide lasting good use and value. In person, the red color is more muted and matte than it appears in the online pictures. This was a welcome surprise.
